Processing Times

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–4 working days. During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and destination.

We ship using Royal Mail services. Delivery typically takes 1–4 working days depending on the service used. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

(This covers Tracked 24, Tracked 48, 1st Class, 2nd Class — whatever you end up choosing.)

Live Plant Shipping

All kokedama are packaged securely to protect the plant during transit. We recommend opening your parcel as soon as it arrives and giving your kokedama fresh air and light.

If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us immediately with photos so we can make it right.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delivery Issues

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other delivery partners.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us and we will assist you in opening a case with the carrier.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping for kokedama due to plant import restrictions.
